Be careful when visiting late screenings in GUM Cinema: the cars left at the parking after 23:00 stay at the parking till morning, night fee is 250 rubles per hour.

Ilyinka Street and Vetoshny Pereulok, bordering GUM, are a part of the urban paid parking zone. The parking fee on Vetoshny Pereulok from 8:00 to 00:00 is 300 rubles per hour, from 00:00 to 08:00 – 100 rubles per hour; the parking fee on Ilyinka Street from 8:00 to 21:00 is 450 rubles per hour, from 21:00 to 8:00 – 200 rubles per hour. The fine for parking without payment is 5000 rubles. To pay on Ilyinka Street, you will need to use the terminal located on the corner of Khrustalny Pereulok and Ilyinka Street (the terminal does not accept cash). You can also pay via mobile app and SMS. The SMS number and payment info can be found on signs located right below the Parking/Парковка sign. To pay on Vetoshny Pereulok, you can only use terminals located on Vetoshny Pereulok. The terminals accept both cash and bank cards.
