Starting from October 28, the Bosco Café at GUM is switching to food delivery and takeout formats. Chef Davide Corso introduces a special menu for the coming holidays.
For a no-fuss breakfast, order the signature Bosco curd pancakes with fresh berries or crepes with homestyle cottage cheese. Both dishes will be a perfect start for any day.
Italian pizza, Parma ham with melon, or assorted Italian cheeses and meats are the perfect lunch options.
Among main dishes, Davide Corso recommends Bolognese lasagna, baked salmon with Pesto sauce, fish with grilled vegetables, braised veal cheeks with baked potatoes, minestrone with tomatoes, creamy mushroom soup, or pumpkin soup.
Our favorite desserts include tartlets, homestyle tiramisu, panna cotta with blueberry sauce, and classic apple strudel.
The special takeout menu also includes traditional Russian dishes: Olivier salad with quail, crepes with red caviar, “Stolichny” salad, Borscht, and Beef Stroganoff with mashed potatoes.
