However, works of art do not provide answers to many questions that arise in the viewer, who does not know the realities of the era.Consisting of seven sections, the exhibition will reveal unknown details, tell about how the concept of a duel has changed over many decades, highlight key points related to duels: judicial duels of the Middle Ages, the “dueling fever” of the second half of the 16th – first half of the 17th centuries, the development of an arsenal for duels and confrontation between duelists and royal justice.
