Montblanc dedicates its new limited series "Outstanding Personalities" to the "Liverpool Quartet". No wonder. After all, music lovers adore the band even half a century after its establishment. It was The Beatles who invented video clips, changed live performances’ format and came up with numerous ideas of album covers and fashion!
There are three series in total. "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" inspired the first series that features bright cap & multi-colored striped body. Another pen allows to make out the silhouette of The Beatles crossing the London Abbey Road along with the peace sign.
The third limited edition of 88 copies is decorated in a special way ranging from the British flag to autographs and portraits of The Beatles. "Yeah Yeah Yeah" inscription is a reference to the headline "Yeah Yeah USA", printed on the front page of the Daily Mirror newspaper of 1964 and proclaiming "infecting" of the USA with Beatlemania. The upper part of the cap in the form of a microphone, as well as the upper part of the writing instrument in the form of a button of a mixing console, are made of 750 carat gold.
The Montblanc series, dedicated to The Beatles, also includes special ink in a new psychedelic purple color and a notebook with a cover of an exquisite fabric with the silhouettes of all four band members.
