Harvest Festival at Gastronome No. 1
For a whole month, from September 12 to mid-October, Muscovites and guests of the capital will have a great opportunity to see, taste and purchase selected natural products from the best farms in Russia.

Craft cheeses, fish and meat delicacies, natural soft drinks and dairy products, canned vegetables according to home recipes, organic honey, malt gingerbread, printed gingerbread, marshmallows, teas, vegetable oils - every buyer will find here products to suit his taste. Some farms are well known to our regular customers from previous autumn fairs, but most are exhibiting their products in GUM for the first time.

“Tsoika’s Recipes” are premium canned products created according to the original recipes of the popular singer Anita Tsoi. The owner herself grows the gifts of nature on her eco-farm in the Moscow region, and then prepares them exclusively according to the family’s favorite recipes.

“Taiga Flavors” supplies dried fruits and berries (cranberries, lingonberries, raspberries, cherries, wild strawberries, blueberries, rose hips, hawthorn, juniper, milk thistle, rowan, bird cherry, viburnum), nuts (pine nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachio) and mushrooms: dried, salted and pickled.

The Taiga Store fish manufactory specializes in products from the northern regions of Russia. First of all, this is a fish that lives in cold waters and has an incomparable taste.

The Eco Med company has chosen an ecologically clean area in the Vladimir region as a place for breeding bees. This is 100% natural honey without chemical additives, a storehouse of a huge amount of vitamins donated by nature itself.

The Andreevskaya Pustosh cheese factory has revived the tradition of ancient cheese recipes, dating back to the history of cheese making in the Tver region of the 19th century from the time of N.V. Vereshchagin.

Sheep cheese - semi-hard young manchego with truffle, made in the cheese factory of the Frisetta eco-farm, won a silver award at the Cheese Champion of Russia in early August. The farm, located in the Krasnodar Territory, is unique: it combines the reproduction of two dairy sheep breeds - “Lakon” and “East Friesian”.

The private Vero cheese factory produces an Italian group of soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses from farm milk in the Tambov region. Hard conte, caciotta with paprika, goat dough, aged positano - gourmets will definitely appreciate their exquisite taste!
