Red and black... A color match made in heaven, the two colors enter into a dialogue, complementing and contrasting with one another. These colors inspired the Salvatore Ferragamo Valentine’s Day capsule collection.
The collection includes leather accessories. The iconic Gancini monogram – a golden buckle, the symbol of Salvatore Ferragamo House, a reflection of the brand’s excellence which serves as a recurrent theme of the whole collection.
The collection includes the new Quilting Gancini quilted handbag in red and white. The delicate lace reflects the well-known ornaments of the fashion house. A sportier choice comes in the black miniature rucksack which includes a functional inner cord and a handle in the form of a golden chain.
The handbags are accompanied by boat shoes on a block sole, fanciful ballet shoes and slippers with a strap on the ankle. All the shoes are made from black enameled leather and are decorated with the golden Gancini buckle.
Playful silk ribbons with subtle golden accents can be turned into a bracelet or a choker necklace. The collection also includes a calf skin wallet with a decorative arrow – perhaps Cupid is about to pierce another unsuspecting heart? This same motive is used in belts with a square buckle – a perfect everyday accessory. A bold red steadily moving to shades of pink is adopted for the necktie selection which sports the traditional patterns of the brand.
