The paisley ornament is a recognizable symbol of Etro. Girolamo Etro brought it from his travels to India. The creative team of the brand continuously reinterprets paisley: it is included in intricate patterns, colored in various hues, appears on embroidery.
For the SS 2020 season, paisley is combined with colored stripes on light silk dresses, flowing tunics, and blouses in the hippie style of the 1970s. The colorful flowery prints are combined with embroidery and fanciful Eastern patterns.
The key points of the men’s collection by Etro are logomania and the arnica print that appear in silk and nylon articles. Bomber jackets and shirts are decorated with the traditional Pegasus label of the brand.
The oversize trend is reflected in wide-leg trousers, shirts, and jackets. Coats and cardigans can be combined with sweatshirts to ensure a more relaxed casual look.
