Bosco Cafe Winter Menu

Especially for the new winter season, chef Davide Corso presents a variety of delectable home style dishes heralding from the sunny Italy.

The guests are offered a light starter: bryndza salad with mousse, pomegranate grains, and citrus-marinated dried beetroot. Among the main dishes is Venetian style homemade cappelletti pasta with white truffle from Alba, the Italian region of Piemont. The shape of the pasta resembles small hats that were once worn in Italy (cappello stands for headwear, hat), and the dough for this pasta is made without water. The recipe includes only semolina flour from hard wheat, eggs, salt, and a touch of olive oil. The pasta filling is halibut and sea bass. The lasagna with pumpkin and porcini mushrooms, served with bechamel sauce, is made with the same homemade dough. This winter's Italian classic dish is risotto alla Milanese — Davide makes it with saffron-infused beef broth. Fans of meat dishes will enjoy the marbled beef tagliata with fried honey mushrooms and crispy potatoes. Fish lovers will appreciate the delicate fillet of halibut, baked with zucchini and tomato confit.

This winter, BoscoCafe is all about indulging your sweet tooth. In addition to classic desserts, guests can savor the brand new black truffle semifreddo. Davide put his heart and soul into this dessert. The featured nut-flavored ice cream is incredibly fluffy!

For those who would like to savor our delicious festive dishes on New Year's Eve, BoscoCafe provides a unique service — pre-order New Year's Eve dishes. Until December 28, you can place an order and pick up the ready to be served dishes on December 31.

The New Year menu includes the traditional Olivier salad, Mimosa salad, layered herring salad, cold and hot snacks, meat and fish dishes, and, of course, homemade pies. As for dessert, we offer our signature Tiramisu.
