Restaurant with a cocktail bar BARBOSCO is located on the first line of the legendary Moscow department store. The space combines gastronomy and an impressive cocktail and wine list. The project's managing partner was Takhir Kholikberdiev, a restaurateur who has implemented a number of successful projects in Moscow and Krasnodar. The kitchen here is managed by Artem Khizhnyakov from Rostov, who offers guests his own version of modern food made from local ingredients. The accents are placed on meat and fish delicacies, as well as complex and thoughtful sauces in the author's interpretation.

BARBOSCO pays special attention to cocktails, which guests can taste only here. The author's cocktail menu was developed by chef-bartender Nikita Khlopyanov, taking into account the use of such local Russian ingredients as sorrel, cranberries, lingonberries, figs and kvass. Depending on the time of year, sections with seasonal drinks appear in the map, with an emphasis on products that are at the peak of their taste.
The wine list contains an impressive list of positions from Russian producers, wine houses of the Old and New Worlds, as well as biodynamic and organic wines.

BARBOSCO is a place that creates an atmosphere for non-boring leisure. On weekends, noisy parties are held here to the music of famous metropolitan DJs, and every Sunday guests are invited to themed brunches with special dishes and drinks at reasonable prices. Especially popular with Muscovites and guests of the capital is the summer terrace with a total area of ​​250 sq.m., which is installed annually right on Red Square.
