Renewed mono-brand OMEGA boutique opened its doors in GUM. The space of the legendary watch brand at Red Square appeared here in 2006. The location is the same: 2nd line, 1st-2nd level, entrance from Nikolskaya Street.
But now the two levels of the flagship boutique with an area of 200 square meters hold all the major collections, limited editions, and also new products presented at the Baselworld 2017 exhibition: for example, the bright and elegant Speedmaster 38, concise De Ville 50th Anniversary or the real "007 agent’s watch" - Seamaster Diver Commander's Watch.
The renewed space strikes with its integrity and austere design. Its concept is based on four philosophical constants: Air, Water, Sun and Earth. Steel rain falling down like the waterfall symbolizes fleeting & never-ending Time. Sparkling glass, the texture of which represents the history of time, is the symbol of Earth. The Sun is the light directed at each object, and the reflected clouds’ shadows are the symbols of Air. The arches of the ceiling of the second level echo the historical architecture of the room, creating the impression that you are in the open air.
