Lenten menu at Bosco Cafe
With the onset of spring, there are more and more reasons to come to restaurants. Both those who fast and those who simply follow their diet and lead a healthy lifestyle will appreciate the special menu of Italian chef Davide Corso at Bosco Cafe. Eleven Lenten dishes can be tasted in GUM and Petrovsky Passage until April 15.

Davide's carpaccio is served with beetroot, adding chili peppers for piquancy. The gastronomic traditions of southern Italy are perfectly conveyed by the Sicilian-style vegetable kaponot. Vegetables such as broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes were added to the orecchiette typical of southern Italy. You can’t do without lasagna in a restaurant with Italian cuisine; here it is cooked with vegetables and green peas are added to it. The theme of vegetables is continued by a typical dish from the Italian region of Piedmont - capunet with vegetables. Here it is harmoniously combined with vegetable ratatouille and wild rice. Bosco Café serves healthy corn polenta with fried mushrooms.There are also cutlets on the menu, they are prepared from quinoa and lentils for fasting, adding to them the most delicate bechamel sauce with coconut milk. As a dessert, you should try the "nut island" with the addition of orange sorbet or moderately sweet pineapple jelly with berry sauce.
