The official opening of the first Russian boutique of the famous Swiss brand of home clothes and linen Hanro was held in GUM on October 26th. Russian celebs were among the guests of the event. They were welcomed by the General Director of Hanro, Mr. Stefan Hohmann, the designer of the brand Elena Panagopulos and the General Director of GUM Timur Guguberidze.
For over 130 years, Hanro has been producing top-quality women's and men's underwear, clothes for sleep and rest. Many celebrities, including Queen Rania of Jordan and actress Cate Blanchett, have been favoring Hanro for many years. This is not surprising, as Hanro is about austerity and elegant minimalism, high-quality fabrics and unique seamless production technologies. There are no bright colors and extravagant details in their collections. All models feature simple cut, but look stylish due to the actual design. The aristocratic Hanro has declared "restrained luxury" as its moto long time ago.
This season, the designers of the brand were inspired by the harsh beauty of Icelandic nature. Color palette of the women's collection is about natural earthy shades, dark red & green hues with the play of blue. Graphic embroidery, flower lace and the finest tulle replenish the models with feminine and romantic notes.
Men’s collection offers classic & noble cotton fabrics, as well as tweed woolen fabrics, creating a variety of textures and styles. Also there are popular paisley print, flower patterns and small checks.
