Winter menu at Bosco Cafe
Chef Davide Corso has developed a special winter menu that immerses you in the cozy atmosphere of Christmas lights. It contains a wealth of flavors and ingredients that are perfect for cold winter evenings.

To begin with, we recommend trying the Mix of lettuce leaves with dried beets and Caprino cheese (950 RUR), in which you will find juicy dried beets and aromatic Caprino cheese. This fresh and light snack is great for warming up and lifting your spirits.

Gourmets will love the traditional Italian Schiz cheese, fried along with delicious honey mushrooms. (Traditional fried Italian Schiz cheese with fried honey mushrooms 890 RUR). Pappardelle with rabbit ragout and asparagus (1,250 RUR) is a dish that carries Italian tradition and luxury. Milanese risotto with Porto sauce and saffron (RUR 1,350) is a real gastronomic fairy tale. A wonderful combination of tastes and aromas will allow you to discover new facets of gastronomy.

If you love meat, be sure to try Brazato al Barolo (RUR 1,750) – the back of beef stewed in red wine with carrots, onions and celery. The dish is served with delicate puree, which perfectly complements the taste of the meat. For lamb lovers, we recommend baked shin marinated with olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Cooked at low temperature, it will be incredibly juicy and tender. Served with mashed potatoes and fried onions. (Baked lamb shank with mashed potatoes RUB 1,950)

Finish your meal with a meringue roll with pistachios and chocolate (600 RUR). Garnished with fresh mint and sprinkled with chocolate chips, it's sure to please anyone with a sweet tooth. Don't forget to try Zuccotto di Pandoro (RUR 620), our version of panettone. We spread it with blueberry jam, add vanilla ice cream and pour berry sauce on top. Garnish with fresh mint and dust with powdered sugar to add the finishing touch to this winter dessert.

The winter menu will be valid from the beginning of December until the end of January.
