Gastronome is celebrating one of the favorite Slavic festivals on August 17, 18 and 19.

The Slavic peoples treated the Apple Feast of the Savior as one of the first occasions to celebrate the year’s harvest. It was believed that on this day, Summer begins slowly giving way to Autumn and Winter.

Thanks to special decorations, the famous Gastronome will transform into a traditional Russian courtyard this weekend. Summer apples, juicy, sweet and delicious, and dishes made from them are on offer. Cooks will prepare pancakes with apples on site. Customers will also be able to buy different types of apple pie, compotes, and even apple kvas made according to Gastronome No 1 recipes!
