Salad with calamari and carrot mousse, mussel sauté with tomatoes, summer gazpacho, salmon tartare, beef liver with oyster mushrooms, prawn with Prosecco and leek mousse, lamb with green pea sauce and vegetables, turkey medallions with baked beetroot!
Desserts include yoghurt mousse with basil and almond caramel, tiramisu with black truffle, and berry soup with ice-cream.
